John W. Abbott and Nathan J. Denning founded Abbott Construction Company, Inc. in Danville, Virginia on June 6, 1965. The company is now owned by the father and son team of Nathan and Robert Denning.

Nathan manages the on-site construction tasks, such as scheduling trades, handling materials and job-site management. Robert manages the finances, sales and contract pricing. This system allows Abbott Construction to have 3 to 4 projects under construction simultaneously, while keeping on schedule.

As a quality, custom builder our clients are not limited in plan or material selection. Our projects range in scope from first-time starter homes to luxury homes. We strive to maintain open communication with our clients from project start to finish.
